"The room was very nice and very roomy. Upon entering the room, we noticed the room was also very clean. It had a large flat screen TV, free coffee in the room. The bed was very comfortable. I have given this hotel a n excellent rating but there are few things I feel I should address. One is the shower; you have a rainfall shower head and a handheld shower head. If you look at the water handle it shows red one direction and blue the other direction which usually means the control of the water...

"The man at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was large, modern, clean, and lovely. It feels very safe on site, but the neighborhood is questionable like downtown San Jose is in general. The free parking was great since it's located in a prime area for walking to food, shops, and venues. I really enjoyed my stay here."

"Although the facility is older compared to the newest hotels in the city, the friendly staff and clean rooms made my stay very comfortable. The rooms are situated around the pool, creating a relaxing, vacation-like atmosphere—even on a business trip, which was a nice touch."

"Great price for the service "

"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."
