The down sides are not much around outside of the property to do that was close by, and charging the “resort fee” on check-in day was a bit much considering check in isn’t until 4 pm. "I had high expectations for this immaculate property and its services, but I was disappointed with my experience. When I inquired about the pool area hours, management informed me that it would be open until 11 PM. However, when I arrived at 8:30 PM on a Friday evening, I found the swimming area completely dark. A maintenance worker eventually arrived and suggested that I should have known how to turn on the jacuzzi. When I asked about the pool lights, he stated there was a light available,...

"Great stay in the Ocotillo wing which is newer. Only used the adult Sahara pool. Very helpful staff. Only tip is take the auto-setting off the air conditioner so we could make it cooler in the room. Was starting to get pretty hot for late March visit."

"We stayed for a week and it was amazing. It is very expensive. The resort is well taken care of. Staff was all friendly and pools were very well maintained along with other facilities. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was decent and drinks good at the hotel restaurants we dined at. It was busy with kids since it was spring break so definitely family friendly.
