"The property seems old and outdated. Our room had a strange smell and the back of the bathroom door had a dried-on substance splattered on it. The employees were very nice and welcoming. "

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"From check in the front desk told me they over booked me. So no help from all she said if we have available i can put u there or said go somewhere that available.. i drove 6½hr to get to this place all i got was little disrespect. Curtain fell down on my wife head too. Might sue them for it.."

"Clean room and property nice breakfast, near airport but not the noise of the planes. Pool is small and was cold and you have to go out the front door to get to it. Overall good "
