The hotel staff and room itself were a 5 star for sure. If you're going for the casino and food... DON'T!!! Food at the restaurants and food court were awful. The drinks at the bars were the worst!!!

I really liked Vee but in casino and in rooms they pump a fragrance, I had multiple asthma attacks. If you have allergies to fragrances you might want to stay some where else.

While I didn't request housekeeping during my 4 night stay ,I thought it was weird they never serviced the room . It was weird taking my trash out everyday as who wants trash to build up in a hotel room . And I did go ask for more towels . But again thought it was weird to have to ask

Great stay overall, but a small issue. The only glitch was that our room wasn’t cleaned. On our second evening, I had to call and request housekeeping. Considering how few guests were staying at the hotel, it’s surprising that a high-end resort would skip cleaning a room, especially given the prices they charge. Aside from that, the casino was clean and full of modern gaming options.

Everything was clean and ready to go. Connected right to the casino it was an easy transition from room to casino to and from restaurants/bar. Only downside so far: upon check-in was faced with an assortment of goodies on our desk, in immediate first viewing, that we later found out (via fine print signage in size 2 font) was connected to sensors declaring we would be charged if touched or moved. Seemed a tad shady and "baity". Really unnecessary in a hotel that collects so much revenue from gambling and hotel rates.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property. It is small, quiet and friendly. The hotel is located right off the highway and it about 20-30 minutes drive to downtown Phoenix and about 15 min away from shopping areas. It is a great place to stay to be away from the hustle of the city. I wish they had more food options nearby; but we were sure to bring in what we needed, before we headed back in for the night. There is hardly anything in sight except for the beautiful mountains. The casino is nice and felt safe. The pool area is beautiful and has a fire-pit. We will definitely stay here again.

We listened to the toilet flushing all night so never got any sleep ! We told the lady at reception the. Next morning who gave us a $25 food credit . Which was nice but $25 for two adults ??? Come on now . Won’t stay again

I paid for a $50 bottle of champagne prior to checking in, and received a cheap $10 bottle. Then, was charged a $36 fee at check out. For the same bottle, when I questioned the charge, they stated it was for the bottle of champagne. I told them I paid upfront, and was assured I would not be charged twice. I was charged twice!
