"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"Evette was absolutely amazing ! Very accommodating and super sweet. We traveled from cali with kids she made check in super quick and easy! Only complaint would be the road next to the hotel is very traveled on. So you do hear the highway. Other than that it was a good spot."

"Several items missing from the room upon check in (tv remote, trash cans, toilet paper roll holder, toilet paper itself, sink stopper, kitchen drawers), some of these items provided when I asked. Exterior walkways need a washing. Bed was awful, like a pull-out with the support bar making it extremely uncomfortable. Fridge missing rails in the door so shelf use only, but cooled/froze appropriately. Area was easily accessible and has good options nearby, seemed fairly safe. Ok for the price,...

"It’s old and showing its age, but it’s fairly clean. Carpets and sofa pillows were a bit dirty. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Mattress in foldout sofa was terrible! They are doing renovations now, so it’ll get better. But overall it was safe, quiet, and there was a nice breakfast spread."

"Fun place. Lots of pools. The free laundry station came in handy after a lot of traveling. The restaurant at the top of the property has amazing views of the Phoenix valley. I only wish they had the pool bar open at the adults only pool. Room service was delicious and fast. "
