"Condo is comfortable, clean and in a safe neighborhood. so close to everything, Old Town, freeway, Scottsdale Road, walking park. We have stayed here twice and will be back again. Gated community at night and very quiet. Community grille, pool and gym. Beds are comfortable. Manager is very accessible and easy to work with. Great value for the money."

"Our week in Phoenix was a disaster...golf gaga me rained out, and then all of baseball cancelled! Thankfully we were staying at the Yavapai House. The place is incredibly clean, well appointed and provisioned, with the most comfortable beds I’ve encountered in a VRBO or AirBnB. We had plenty of room in the house as well as the backyard to hang, and the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely rent again once baseball is back on!"

"Very charming hotel with gorgeously lush grounds. We stayed in a Terrace room and it was decorated beautifully with wonderful amenities like a fridge, complimentary water and coffee and high end toiletries. The bathroom was beautiful with a huge shower. My only complaint was that we had to lug our suitcases up and down the stairs. After a long and hot day of traveling we didn’t want to deal with that. I would stay again but would make sure I had a ground floor room. "
