"Nice"

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"The rooms were clean and quiet. Was not too happy about the restaurant on the premises. I think in a hotel there should be variety of food choices not just Mexican. With our big group we were not able to bring in food and use common area like a meeting room. There was a large number of homeless in the area, but the hotel did have security."

"Property is clean, adequately maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful with booking issues. Breakfast had no juice but there was enough food. Handicapped shower with tub was fitted well with grab bars and bench. We were surprised at the cost of the room but learned that it is high season for sports finals for soccor, baseball and others."

"Need to have better air conditioning and better bedding sheets "

"It’s great for the price room came with refrigerator and microwave and it was very clean. It’s a basic room but if you’re in town to go explore and you’re just sleeping there, it’s a great deal."
