"The hotel is beautiful, room decoration/style is amazing, location is great close but not too close to main areas of Rialto/San Marco. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. Only 2 things we disliked was the additional charge for cooked eggs at breakfast (considering the price of the hotel) and we had a problem with air conditioning in room. "I booked this hotel/ trip as a gift for my husband. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make him feel welcome. They were very friendly and helpful. He loved his room next to a side canal, which was very comfortable and relaxing, with great facilities . He also found the breakfast excellent. He hasn’t stopped talking about his stay since he came home a week ago! Would love to return!"
