"Glorious grounds, beautifully lit up at night. Loved the deer, cats, peacocks, parrots and cats wandering the gardens - and the friendly toucan, who came to the bar for a drink. The hotel room was spacious, not in the latest decor but perfectly fine. The food was plentiful and the bar menu was delicious. Easy taxi ride into Cartagena and for access to the Rosario islands. Wonderful destination for winter sun but brush up your Spanish! "

From the smiling helpful doorman to the restaurant staff to the front desk and cleaning stuff, we had nothing but friendly and positive experiences. The room was beautiful.
