"We visited for my daughter's 30th birthday and had a phenomenal time enhanced by the location where we stayed. This place is convenient to many restaurants and entertainment. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The property manager was an added value as he was so helpful and kind. There was an issue with an appliance, but the owner attended to it very quickly. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"Everything about this property was as it was stated on the online profile. And the host were very attentive and responsive. I couldn’t ask for better location and amenities. Would I stay there again when visiting Cartagena? Absolutely!!! Let his books during my next travel to Carter Hanger. This will be my first option."

"Property is well kept, spacious and in a great location. Beaches and Cartagena sign are less than a minute walk away. Easy UBER rides to the walled city and anywhere you want to go. We could have stayed inside the walled city, but it was nice to be away from the craziness inside the walls. Heat was no joke, but it’s near the equator!! Kind of weird to not be able to flush toilet paper also. Glenda, the maid, was so wonderful! Only wished she made different dishes for breakfast. It...

"Everything was neat and clean very spacious beautiful view fast response time with unit manager the only negative thing I have to say is there is NO COMPANY ALLOWED and that I didn’t agree with because we paid our money to be controlled in that type of manner wasn’t a good experience but other than that good property to stay at "

"Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje."

"We all had an amazing time in Cartagena. Our accommodations were wonderful. The apartment was spacious. We did not feel crowded at all considering we were 5 people. We had hot water and a washer and dryer which helped tremendously. The location was great because we did not have to deal with aggressive vendors. Randall and staff were very attentive to our needs. We felt like we were a priority. Thanks again."
