"The staff we’re very friendly. We booked a Deluxe room but it felt quite basic and water from the shower went all over the bathroom. Termites were eating the beams in the ceiling and wood was falling onto the bed. When we told them at the front desk, they didn’t hesitate in rectifying the situation and changed our room. The next room was of a much better condition and this one felt deluxe. "

"El trato del personal ha sido excepcional! Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas. Son cabañas humildes pero tienen lo necesario (cama, ducha y toallas) y se llega andando al pueblo en poco más de 5min. El desayuno muy rico. "We had a good time here. The internet is definitely spotty but it seemed like the internet company was working on it down at the road so maybe it'll be better for the next guests. Lots of bugs and critters but you're in the jungle so it's to be expected. The upper room was great to spot monkeys and birds.
