We sat around the pool every morning and drank coffee and went back to the pool in the evenings. There were less bugs than we expected, which was nice. The jungle sounds are incredible. "The staff was supposed to get back to me regarding additional reservations. I still have not heard back from them. Further, it’s very difficult to reach the front desk from an external phone. I tried to reach them because I had left my water shoes behind and wanted to let them know to keep it safely so that I can pick it up later. I found it very difficult to access the front desk phone number."

However, we are so glad we stayed there and would do it again. So much wildlife to observe from the upper open “treehouse” deck. No issues with bugs in the home, great laundry and pool area. Getting fresh water was a bit annoying and trying to work out any issue with the front desk is impossible as they do not respond to emails and simply do not call you back.
