"It was well placed for walking into city centre. Restaurant was only average. It was annoying to have to pay £10 to use pool as on the first day, we only had time for a 40 minute stay in the pool area. Staff were all lovely. "

The room service was aldo great and nothing was too much trouble. We had stayed in the Tower Suite and as always it was stunning, quiet and the perfect place to just quiet the mind. It has to be my most favorite room, not only because it's beautiful but it feels like a quiet secret getaway. Always a pleasure. "

There are some places that looked tired but thats to be expected for a building of its age . It didn't affect our stay in any way. The breakfast options were very good .
