All carpets have been replaced with laminate floors so cleaner. Always stay here when visiting son in Cardiff. Always reliable, comfortable beds - especially the twin beds and extra pillows on request

Positives are location by motorway exit and services. Room generally clean with comfy. Some cleaning areas were missed. Furniture and fitting very dated and mark. Staff friendly but very little information was provided at check in automatically. Had to ask for this.

Unusually for this hotel, the beds in room 104 are very hard. Not divan beds. These have wooden slatted bases. Not enough pillows. First time I've not had a particularly comfortable night. Tea tray not properly replenished before we arrived but this was quickly rectified

Good parking and convenience at 24hr services off motorway. Breakfast not great but right next to Macdonald's! For this type of motorway Stopover a good choice.

Great place with free parking, right on the Services. Toby is a 3 minute walk away. Hotel had a £1 pool table which was good. Room alot bigger than other Ibis I've stayed in before. Would stay again.
