Only complaint was that the shower was in the bath and the bath was quite high so difficult to get in and out without holding on to the small shelf at the end of the bath. Would have preferred a walk in shower. Room was also quite hot and difficult to operate the air conditioning which required...

"Very well located for shops, transport etc. The staff are lovely and the room was a great size. The bed had a mattress topper which had a seam/join in the middle and sleeping on that was an odd experience. Other than that -great"

"Hotel was lovely, staff members were great, the staff member Liam went above and beyond, when we had an issue with our room he changed our room no problem and was really helpful and accommodating, will definitely be staying again"
