"Honestly the most enjoyable hotel stay in a long while. The hotel itself is great but the staff and the level of service is what makes this place stand head and shoulders above others. ALL of the staff from reception, to restaurant to the engineer who came to week our air con controls were just lovely and so efficient. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Thank you"

"Had a fantastic stay at the wild pheasant. Staff are lovely. Room was for 3 but only set up for 2, the staff couldnt be any quicker having the room amended for the 3 of us. Afternoon tea was gorgeous , spa immaculate and not overcrowded. Enjoyed a shoulder and back massage to finish the trip. It was perfect. Also very close to the centre nice 15 minute walk along the river"
