"Our shuttle from port got us there a few hours earlier and she upgraded us from a regular room to a suite for the same price as a regular room. The place was very clean ans all the staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and it is always great to wake up and have breakfast, and coffee was always available. The swimming area was amazing "

"Nice hotel. Despite our toilet overflowing the first time we used it, the staff took care of us and offered us another room to stay in. We did appreciate that. Good breakfast every morning. Nice pool and hot tub. "

"We booked a room for three, expecting two double beds. Was given room with a king bed and a couch. Couch was massively uncomfortable, so we requested a change. Resort upgraded us to a suite with two beds at no extra charge. We were very grateful! The pool area is wonderful and the beach is an easy walk. Perfect for families cruising out of the port. "

"The state was great the property was under reconditioning they were painting our side we had construction equipment out from the inside was beautiful one bedroom vanity very comfortable with the fact that they were reconditioning the outside the stairwells there was furniture out in the stairwells you have just felt it on the balcony because of the bathrooms all scraped down and paint chipped everywhere’s so I’ll take a picture"

"This property is beautiful, spotless, and has gorgeous oceanfront views. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and were prompt to answer any inquiries we had. Royal Mansions is a lovely, gated oceanfront community in Cape Canaveral. This particular unit does have several sets of stairs, but the effort is well worth it! Tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and panoramic ocean views, this unit is a win-win! We hope to stay again sometime."
