This Condo is located on the ground floor of Royal Mansions in Cape Canaveral. Less then one mile to Port Canaveral and less then 2 to Cocoa Beach Pier.
Enjoy the day on the private beach in sunny Florida by just stepping out you door every morning.

This amazing updated one Bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a murphy in the living room and a pull out sofa in the bonus room. The bathroom has been updated with a beautiful walk-in shower and a sink was added in the bathroom to allow someone to be getting ready in the bathroom while someone can get ready for the beautiful sunny day in the vanity room which also contains a sink and a large vanity counter.
Full size kitchen with a sit up bar for 2 and a dinning room for 4.

Perfect beach vacation
The condo was not only in a perfect location, but was great accomodations for our family. Close to the port for fresh fish, and right on the beach for all the sandy fun you can have.

Fun trip to the Ocean
We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The condo was very inviting and we felt right at home. It's just a short walk to the beach and ocean and also to the condo pool. We definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!!

We loved how close the beach was-2 min walk! Also that is was a private beach and not busy! Kids loved all the seashells they found! Condo was clean and just perfect for our family of four!!!

My sister, teenage daughter and myself drove down from Massachusetts for an over needed vacation. We arrived to the listing exactly as it was described. The condo is steps from the beautiful beach. Pool was warm even on a 60 degree day. We saw two space shuttle launches. We had an amazing time!

Wonderful Family Spot
We had an amazing time at this condo. Everything we needed was there or a short drive to the local Publix away. The beach was clean and right by the entrance to our building. There were plenty of awesome restaurants and everything worked out great for us and our two boys. The condo itself was clean and just the right size for us. None of us wanted to leave when it was time to go.

Happy Place!
This condo, located on beautiful Cocoa Beach is so wonderful! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and well supplied with everything you need, might want and more. Wendy has definitely made this a happy place! The grounds, pool, etc. are very well maintained, friendly people and quiet prevails in the evenings. Added bonuses are rocket launches, cruise ship departures, two nearby grocery stores and numerous restaurants and shops. We are already booked with Wendy for March 2024.

Nice family get away
It was the perfect location- downfall- the bedding wasnt washed had what looked like feces and some blood on blankets that were folded in closet- other than that everything was good! Probably a housekeeping oversight
