"This freshly appointed property was a joy to stay in. Because you have multiple residents above, beside and across from you, if you do not like loud noises you are dependent upon the grace of your neighbors which is the case in many, if not most, rentals. That said, we stayed for 32 days and only heard loud noises at night 2 times and then for less than a minute so the comments about noisy neighbors in prior reviews didn't apply to our stay. I would stay there again for sure - very close to the beach and close to the Rec Center and library."

It was really nice to stay at a hotel that still cares about a quality product . If we are in cape canaveral again will definitely be back . And the rocket launch was nice that night"
