"The hotel is great. Clean. Friendly. Incredible location. Great value. Only real issue is the "Cabin" rooms are in the basement and have no windows. Yes, after i checked in i re-reviewed my booking and it does say "No Windows" but i feel it ahould be pointed out better somehow. Again, not sure how they could point it out better. It wasnt a big deal for us, but could be for others. I'll stay here next time in Boston, but opt for a room with windows. "

"It was a very spacious and clean room, with a perfect and elegant bathroom. The front lobby workers were more than attentive and kind. We got 2 free drink tickets at the hotel bar because of New Year’s Eve upon check in. It definitely got busy because of the cafe but overall was a perfect way to start the night. The location is perfect for walking anywhere and right next to the T stations. "

"Clean overall. Good touristy location. Pool was a bit small and water was on a colder side. Convenient parking garage for extra cost. Good for short stay. Just ok, nothing special. "

"The front office personnel was excellent. When checking out the balcony, we’ve noticed the white curtain was falling, which isn’t going to be the problem with the blacked out curtains present. Either way, that should’ve been fixed? There are drinks on the first floor and snacks that you can get using a self-checkout. However, we checked a couple of floors prior, and there are misleading signs that show ice and vending machines, but there is only ice machines. Overall, is a really good hotel. Would stay here again!"
