"***Giving 5-star for the experience with front office staff*** I didn't actually get a chance to stay at this hotel because of travel restrictions with Covid-19. I tried calling Expedia multiple times for about 5 days and couldn't get through to cancel and basically gave up and decided took a loss for my reservation since I purchased the non-refundable option.
