As soon as I walked in the lobby, I was welcomed with champagne and a lovely hostess by the name of Danielle who was above and beyond professional, kind, witty, and fun. She made me feel at home and got me a beautiful room and my stay delightful. Wish I could've stayed longer.

The Harborside is a good, basic, affordable hotel in downtown Boston. There are no frills: no USB chargers for phones, no coffee option in the building whatsoever, no hair conditioner, etc. It could use a room key upgrade so that electronic cards are necessary in the elevators, now, anyone can go up the elevator and roam the hallways.
