I genuinely enjoyed our stay, however it was really frustrating that our refrigerator didn’t work so they brought a new one that didn’t work and then when they bought a 3rd one up they just left it in the middle of the floor instead of switching it with the broken one. Other than that it was amazing.

Ed, the engineer was helpful in explaining why the room wasn’t cool enough for me at night. I thought the thermostat was broken but it doesn’t go below 68. I’m a middle aged woman, and keep my house at 64, so that’s way too high for he at night. The second night I got it to 67, I think he made it so. I appreciate that. I don’t need 64, but 68 is too high for my demographic! Also texting with Christine was also a great asset for the weekend.

I have stayed at the Omni several times now, it never disappoints . Rooms are spacious , beds comfy bathrooms very nice . The access to shopping is great. La Fleur has a very nice breakfast and flemmings steakhouse is fantastic

Omni Providence is a beautiful property to enjoy and relax in while visiting Rhode Island. Self park with no in out privileges is not traveler friendly at $20 per day and you will get charged after the first 10 minutes. Valet is $38 a day with in out privileges. Self park in that garage should be free or up to $10 a day.

After a rough start with the staff and conditions of the room, the manager reached out and ensured the rest of our stay went smoothly. This trip was important so I really appreciated her going above and beyond to help! The location is incredibly convenient, there is access to the mall without needing to go outside which is helpful in the winter and at night. The beds are small so, unless you're petite, I would recommend only one person per "double" bed.
