"J'ai adoré cet hotel! Super accueil des valets en arrivant. Service impeccable. Meme chose a l'accueil pour le check-in et out. Le personnel est vraiment tres sympatique et courtois. L'hôtel est bien situé, pres de tout. Pour un projet voyage a Boston, j'y retournerais nimporte quand! "

"I was impressed with check in. It was quick and painless. The representative was excellent and anticipated my questions before I asked them. My room seemed really clean, and I had zero issues. The restaurant was crowded, but they did a good job of seating parties quickly. The restaurant service was great, and so was the food (pub food). The cafe was good/handy…again service was great. I’m happy with my choice!"

"Arriving early, my room was ready; however, it was a room facing the busy street, with an entry facing common shared areas with high traffic. As a single woman, I did not want an area with limited privacy; worse yet, an area with internal and external access to many- as well as noisy. Ben, at check in, easily resolved the situation without disregard. Alba at housekeeping welcomed me as I took the elevator. The staff and location make Copley Square Hotel a welcoming and safe place. Thank you."
