You are paying too much money for super tiny rooms. The smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. No evening cleaning service. The capacity of the restaurant can’t handle amount of guests. there is always a line.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spacious rooms, perfect location, and excellent food! The staff was unbelievable! So friendly and kind. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful hotel at Christmas time. Room had nice views. Couldn't get into the bar for an anniversary drink as a reservation was required.

The only reason we didnt like the surrounding area because one of the night we stayed there. My two sons and other two female guess at the hotel were thrown eggs at the gate. We reported the incident to the staff.

This was our first trip to Quebec City and this was above and beyond the best place to stay. The history and the ambience of the castle is just an experience on its own.
