Excellent service and staff, very warm and welcoming. Beautiful hotel - clean, modern and updated. Very nice vibe. Beautiful coffee shop below. Excellent location steps from the subway station, shopping, theatre district, and Boston Common. I will definitely book again when I come back to Boston.

Awesome hotel. Accessible to everything Including super convenient downtown crossing station Cozy hotel Arbon the front supervisor and Arbnor were amazing. Great people I would stay here again. One slight feedback is it gets little noisy on one side of hotel due to a lounge nearby Stay on a higher floor. But nothing major. I’ll be back here Alka was also amazing at the front desk Great staff.
