"Very nice staff , especially the male staff Nefi, he helped us to move our luggages to our room and down to the lobby, and the other staff also is helpful although the room is not that perfect, our mounted heater not working but they offered us another mobile one. And the location is perfect, many buses to central London and railway station. "
