"Glyn was the star of the show, we had a 9 night stay booked due to an unexpected and impending death in the family. Needed a location close to family. Glyn was at the front desk and was always very helpful and a friendly face. Our room was serviced by Amanda i believe and she was always nice and was helpful. "Our 1 night stay was good. Reception very friendly and helpful. This is a decent place to stay, ok, a little tired here and there but, comfortable and does its job very well. The drinks and food expensive (didn’t try) as we think this large hotel is used by business customers, probably on expense accounts. Set in large grounds away from town youll need to drive if you wish to eat elsewhere."
