"Customer service is everything! And this establishment does it right! 100s across the board. I don't care where a business may lack, if it has a professional and accommodating customer service team than it will thrive and acquire an extremely loyal customer base. The Holiday Inn New Castle is the absolute best hotel to say in, in that region.
