For what you to pay to park there, the parking spots are terribly small and it seems like half of them are marked “compact cars only”. Had to literally squeeze out between the other car and my truck. No menu in the room for the restaurant or any times of when it closed. When I called down to the front desk the guy was very short, told me the restaurant already closed, and hung up on me. If it wasn’t so close to PPG Arena I wouldn’t have stayed there, and next time I will most likely stay some where else and just Uber.

Well, I enjoyed our dinner there when we arrived. I'm very unhappy about having to pay for parking now!! The bar closes to soon after a game. Found a bed bug on our bed :(

Great location, parking is easy though expensive. Room felt worn, not overly clean there were multiple stickers someone else paced around the room advertising things not from the hotel. Pictures make it seem like bedrooms are in a separate room but they are not.

Very nice. Clean. Surprisingly quiet for the amount of guests. Slept amazing! Love the shower and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Our room was also extremely spacious and had a good amount of storage for clothes/luggage. Loved it here and will stay here again.

I really liked that this property was close to PPG Stadium and that it had a small store with drinks and such in the lobby. The restaurant was nice as well but we didn't eat there only had one beer as it was super busy. The hotel could really be better with the cleanliness. Our room had definitely never seen a carpet shampooer and the corners in the bathroom have never been cleaned. Also the gym floor had not been cleaned as someone went in there with dirty shoes and it was there for a while. Also this hotel is "green" so they don't clean your room unless you ask - I was not impressed with this. They could do a better job taking care of long stay guests. They said they were going to clean our room on the third day and then never did. For the price I paid I would stay somewhere else. Beds weren't very comfy either.

I liked the area and the convenience. I loved the staff, they were all friendly and helpful. It was a very nice hotel, but my room had a sticky cup ring on the bed side table, no conditioner or body wash in the shower and no stirers for the coffee/tea in the room. The parking was nice and convenient, however it was kind of complicated. Though the charge is $35 it scares you with a rate of $99 as you leave, but the lady at the front desk warns you about this ahead of time. Also it is a wierd system of taking a ticket, though they give you a QR code to scan for in and out... but you have to scan your ticket and the QR code to get out, idk, it just seemed overly complicated. I kept having my validated QR code tell me it wasnt working.... but i finally was able to get out. Haha! Overall it was a nice place to stay for the price, and for being so close to downtown.
