"Stay was nice, room was clean. Mattress I could feel the springs. Pillows were annoying. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but wanted just plain scrambled eggs and they only have frittata...not good for sensitive stomach people. Options were limited for people with food sensitivity. Potatoes were cold and the sausage was too but it was cooked. Business suite was nice other than the toner was low so all my prints were smudgy. 3am screaming in the hallway jerked us all awake. Pool was nice....

"The room was in need of updating. It was clean but worn. Shower was in need of replacement, no water pressure at the showerhead. Advertised continental breakfast but all it included was a cup of coffee and a stall muffin. For us the location was convenient and it was priced right. Parking lot was well light, overall a good experience."

"The room was excellent, lots of room to move around. One minor detail was that there were not very many drawers for clothes. We stayed 3 nights and if were were staying for a week, then storage for extra clothes would have been a problem."

"Beautiful old hotel with lots of charm! Beautifully decorated for Christmas and really enjoyed the local school choir that performed in the lobby on Friday the 20th. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room as quaint with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The hotel was a short walk from the outdoor Christmas market, skating rink and the Cultural District. The only comment for improvement would be the customer service of the staff in the coffee shop. The were fine, but not at the same level of friendliness and service of the other restaurants in the hotel."
