Hotel was decent. The heat wasn’t on in the room, was super cold the first night while we waited for it to warm up. The water in the bathroom was instantly hot! I would stay again

Inside property was very nice and clean, the bar and restaurant was great. Definitely need more staff members for the breakfast crowd, they couldn't keep the food trays filled. The outside of the property could use an overhaul clean up, so much discarded furniture laying out in the open in the section 8 entrance. Looks terrible.

There was mouse poop on our bathroom. The halls smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. The window leaked terrible for the condensation. Breakfast was complimentary. We went down for breakfast and there was no breakfast to eat. They did an awful job keeping the food replenished. We tried to go to the front desk to confront the staff and there was no one to be found at the front desk. It was the worst hotel I think I have ever stayed at.

Rooms were only partially cleaned. we rented 4 rooms. One couple had to switch rooms, a second cleaned her own bathroom and another had to brush hairs off her bed. Staff was courteous and helped as best as possible.

People live and party at this hotel. Front desk was gambling in the lobby when walking in to check in. Woman was talking to herself in the lobby. The room smelled and the walls are paper thin. I immediately left after viewing the room and went to a different hotel. Tried to get a refund, but no one at the hotel would answer expedia. Don't even bother to book here.
