The pool was heated so our kids were excited to be able to swim in the middle of November. Only 15min. to Universal. Plenty of eating options nearby. "

We arrived way before our check in time and there were no rooms available for early check in but they held our luggage while we went to Universal Studios. The free shuttle to and from Universal was also very timely on convenient, but you have to email or call them in advance to book the shuttle times.
