"Downtown Burbank, with plenty of dining options and a shopping mall, is all within a few blocks of the hotel. There's plenty of parking, albeit just under $30 a day, and the traffic getting in and out of the parking garage is minimal. Plus the hotel is right off the freeway. "Room renovations where ok. The TV was wonky. The carpet is too old. The food was excellent but I believe you can get breakfast if you book in any room. Bathroom was nice. The shuttle was excellent. "

Only 4 stars for comfort, due to the proximity to I-5: if I didn't routinely travel with earplugs, getting to sleep may have been difficult, as my room was on the closest side of the complex to the highway. Otherwise, everything about the room was clean/nice."

"Great customer service! Our flight got in close to the end of the airport shuttle service. They arranged a rideshare for us. I'm not sure if this is standard practice or a short term solution. Could have just been us not reading the amenities list close enough. We were grateful nonetheless. Good breakfast as well! "
