"The front desk workers were extremely helpful. We arrived way before our check in time and there were no rooms available for early check in but they held our luggage while we went to Universal Studios. The free shuttle to and from Universal was also very timely on convenient, but you have to email or call them in advance to book the shuttle times. "This was a good base for us when going to Universal (used the free shuttle which worked really well). Nice hotel but felt a little bit tired in areas and we could hear the occupants of the room next door with a baby quite a bit. But wasn’t that disruptive and just bad luck. Used the pool over the road at Safari Inn which was good and kids enjoyed it. Liked the area around this hotel as lots of shops and restaurants within waking distance. Staff were helpful and nice. Would recommend."
