"After reading negative reviews after I had already booked, I was regretting my choice, but fortunately I was happy with my decision. When I arrived, the gentleman on reception was very kind and attentive. He allowed us into our room early without additional charge,, as he noticed how cold we were. The room was clean and tidy. We asked for new bedding which we immediately got with no problem. "
