Nothing was too much trouble, friendly and helpful especially Jennifer in the restaurant at breakfast who was able to give all the local tips and advice, and Reece in admin who helped change my booking. Choice at breakfast was very good. Pool was nice and clean as were changing areas. Found the pillows weirdly lumpy but apart from that it was an excellent stay in a great location"

"We stayed to catch up with friends and go to the theatre so this hotel was absolutely perfect, just a short walk on both evenings! All staff we really welcoming and professional, even supplying us with extra bottled water. There were 2 free coffees from the bar both days which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable, the only downside was one side of the bed had very little room and the bathroom floor wasn’t completely clean. Everything else was clean so we didn’t complain. Water for the shower was nice and hot. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely stay again as it’s so close to all Bradford has to offer. "
