"On arrival the gentleman on reception was friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and fine for my needs. It was a little cool on arrival but I was soon able to alter the air conditioning to suit, which ran quietly. A welcome addition was a fridge which also was quiet in operation. I would have awarded 5 stars but for the breakfast which was very basic i.e. cereal,toast,croissants and fruit but good enough for a sound start to the day. I can recommend this hotel and will stay there again."

"On arrival at the property, I was greeted with a lovely lady who kindly checked me in. I then went and placed myself at the bar while I was waiting for my friend. staff service also extremely friendly and helpful. In the morning we went for breakfast there was so much variety really really enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was so comfy and in the shower was also excellent would definitely recommend."

"The hotel is located on an industrial estate which is easy to find and quiet. We had a third floor room which was fine. The decor is a little tired and the room lighting extremely dim. The television was great, nice size and easy to use. Kettle and cups etc was a good addition to the room. The shower was excellent, very powerful and no issue with limescale, which is often the norm. "Was disgusting. Room filthy, especially bathroom, stains all over the room, made a coffee was disgusting, unsure if kettle, coffee or the water. Bathroom door broken, remote for TV broken, and worst of all, rat traps in the hallway."
