"We liked the elevated deck with comfortable chairs. It was nice sitting up there in the evening. The pool looked unkept so we didn't go in. The bed in our studio was not comfortable, it would be better to just put in a queen bed. The grounds keepers were friendly and polite. When we arrived in our room, the handle on the refrigerator was so loose, it was ready to fall off. We had to borrow a screwdriver from the office to fix it. That is something the cleaning person should have taken care of....

"This property is in a great location close to beach, but quiet nrighborhood), it’s very spacious, and was quite comfortable. The unit is one story and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It has a laundry room, large kitchen area and sun porch, and a small yard. Lots of positive, few negatives. I would suggest adding power strips and blackout shades in bedrooms. "Family and I stayed here for spring break and the facilities were awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The are is still cleaning up after the hurricane, but it definitely did not affect the fun in the area. We will be planning a return trip."

"Great place right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and right on the tram line for exploring this wonderful area. Staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated (but I believe that a refurbishment is happening) but was clean and offered everything we needed for our two night break. We were sorry to leave and will return in the future."
