Condo is located on second floor and is literally steps from the beautiful blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Free trolley that takes you anywhere on the island. Grocery and restaurants very close. Condo is located approximately 20 minutes from Sarasota, 30 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, and 45 minutes to the Tampa Bay area. Island is quaint, 'old Florida' setting. Lots of boutique shops and local restaurants. Come enjoy, relax and watch the dolphins from this beautifully decorated Gulffront condo. My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. The condo was immaculate and the views of the ocean couldn't have been better. Bernard was an excellent host and was very responsive. We have already booked our return visit!

Can’t beat the view! Easy walk to historic Bridge St and other restaurants. Stairs up to unit were very narrow, but overall the unit is great! We really enjoyed our stay.

incredible location
Being right on the beach was fantastic. The twin beds were not the most comfortable and there was a fair amount of street noise in that bedroom, but overall it's a great condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo seems to have been updated recently.

The closeness to the beach was incredible. We really enjoyed having the use of beach chairs and towels. You can just sit on the porch and watch the water and kids . Had everything we needed and we were able to walk to most everything.

Very nice, well stocked apartment. Great view and location on the beach. Only downside, and not a major one, is the size of the bathroom, and not great water pressure or temperature in the shower. We would rent again.

Small property 100 feet from white sand turquoise beach. You can hear the surf from the condo. Sunsets on the deck or sitting on the couch. Walking distance to everything. Condo has everything you need for your stay. Great communication by Bernie as well. Would stay again!
