"Staff and service was great didn’t need to wave anyone down for anything they really couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept. The food was a little underwhelming, however; this doesn't mean it wasn’t nice, just had a little higher expectation based on other reviews. Overall a very nice place and I would definitely stay again"

"I booked the hotel for a work trip so budget was in mind. Having seen that the hotel had an overall rating of 7 and GOOD I thought it would be ok, but nothing swanky. On arrival I was disappointed, yes I knew it was on an estate but it is rough. Broken wall on entry and an old mattress by the bins in the carpark. I did get an upgrade to my room which was nice ..... The place looks tired, my room basic and uninspiring, the windows did not shut/seal properly and my shower cold and bathroom small...
