"I like all, except that they did not offer a transport to the airport. I paid $30 for a 5 minute taxi drive to the airport. I had no idea of the fare beforehand. I think they might have helped with other transport arrangements."

"Great pre flight hotel with easy access from Heathrow by public busses....lot cheaper than the hoppa bus! Rooftop bar for g&t's while watching the planes take off...and the Indian restaurant has very tasty food...but portions are huge! Stall helpful and welcoming..."

"Great location for Heathrow Airport and family room for 3 adults …double bed and small double which was preferable to a sofa bed as most hotels offer. Staff were friendly and helpful ..booked taxi for Terminal 3 which arrived for pick up time 5.45am £18."

"Excellent hotel. Very comfortable. Only 2 issues! 1. The digital room service menus didn’t load, and 2. The restaurant which is the only choice has a terrible menu. Olives in a lot of dishes that don’t require it, mushroom pizza that use porcini mushrooms that are way too strong in that quantity so I couldn’t finish it. And the chicken burger was tasteless! Lastly, the red wine list had a number of wines by the glass that weren’t available. They did find me the one I wanted behind the bar eventually, but I was told that this would be the last glass or two from that bottle."

"It is just fine for an airport perimeter hotel (and close to Terminal 5), and to a great Indian Restaurant a ten minute walk away. If we need to do an overnight there again because of flight times, will definitely use them."
