"We couldn’t have picked a better hotel than the Solace!!! Felipe and Kevin were at the front desk when we checked in.. Both of them were so helpful, and were amazingly accommodating! It was early morning.. They gave us our room and complimentary breakfast, which was totally unexpected! We hadn’t slept for well over 24 hours and just to get in a room to plug in our cell phones was greatly appreciated! After an entire day of touring Santiago with the guide, we came back to the room. It was a quiet and peaceful place to call home. We went to the rooftop bar for drinks and snacks, which was lovely. The servers there were also wonderful, especially Anderson. Nobody was swimming, but the pool looked really inviting. Breakfast had a lot of variety and there was availability of all the types of coffees and cappuccinos 24/7! There was ample water in the fridge in our room +2 cans of complementary sodas plus Lavazzo coffee plus the coffee machine in our room. We did not use it because there was ample coffee downstairs. Our room was spacious., quiet and the view was beautiful. I was sorry we couldn’t stay longer. However, we will return."

"Comfortable and unique boutique hotel. Perfect for our pre-cruise visit to Santiago. Very close to the funicular and hop on/hop off bus stop. Patio Bella Vista is also a very short walk away with restaurants and shops. Fantastic Peruvian-style restaurant right across the street. Super friendly and helpful staff. Make sure to enjoy the complementary happy hour and meet your fellow guests!"

"The helpful, friendly staff at the front desk were awesome. One even remembered my name and brought tea for my sick friend. We arrived shortly after 8 and we’re not given an early check in, despite that being one of the bonuses offered. We did end up getting in about an hour early. Friends were given discount vouchers for tourist attractions. We were not."
