O quarto eh grande e limpo e os funcionário sempre estavam atentos a todos os detalhes e necessidades do hóspede. Rooftop com vista pros andes e sky costanera alem de ser menos de 10 mins do metro baquedano. Super bem localizado, no coraçao do bairro bella vista, onde tem toda nightlife de Santiago. Tudo impecável. Super recomendo e voltaria."

The toilet wouldn’t flush and the heater wouldn’t heat the room properly. The lock was also falling out of the door, so I had no idea if someone would come in and take my stuff.
