"Hotel Plaza El Bosque Ebro was a nice addition to the Iguana experience. At first our family packed into a 4-bedroom suite but then the management upgraded us at no-cost. We are/were super appreciative of the gesture and the great customer service from the hotel staff who was attentive and accommodating. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the town center but still near some dining and very close to the tri-boder mark. Overall, a pleasant stay and recommend the hotel. "

"Just as almost everybody else has said, the neighborhood isn’t nice. There is a bohemian neighborhood a short seven minute walk. A certain name change to Le Meridien, they still have a lot to do to bring this hotel up to Marriott standards. "

"The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. "The hotel is in an old, restored house. The furnishings are beautiful! Breakfast was delicious and we also loved the daily happy hour."
