"Had a great time here. The staff were amazing, incredibly kind and helpful, went above and beyond with a few extra requests we had. Room was very good, quiet, comfortable big bed and great shower. Great location lots of restaurants bars and shops within 10 minutes walk. "

"The best part of my day was the staff. After a rather unpleasant experience at the airport, their kindness and hospitality were greatly appreciated. Accommodations were comfortable. The gym has an elliptical or two, along with two treadmills. Strength training is limited to a few kettle bells and a couple of dumbbells along with one weightlifting machine. A bit difficult to get training in if anyone else is in the gym. I didn’t try the food there, but the location is quiet and convenient."

"The area is very residential but not far from restaurants.The hotel is nice, but we stayed in a very small room. Pool is outside and not heated. Breakfast buffet ok. Perfect for our one night stay in Providencia."

My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!"
