"I had several problems: The staff only spoke Chinese and not even speaking a word of English made it very difficult to relate my other problems. It is loacted on a alleyway so its very tough to find even in a cab. Because they don't speak English it was near impossible to locate even when they spoke in Chinese to the cab driver. "This hotel is located perfectly to explore Beijing city and the top tourists sites. The subway is directly behind the hotel. The staff helped me arrange a taxi anytime, toir guides all met me in the lobby and they decorated my room for my birthday, which was so kind. Breakfast was amazing. "
