The staff members are very polite, and the check-in process is smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to Staff Zhung Fu Cong, who took care of our floor. He is incredibly friendly and always checked in to see if we needed any assistance, making us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! "

"I spent a restful night at this nicely appointed hotel near the airport. My quiet room overlooked the lake and I enjoyed watching planes land at regular intervals just outside my window. (Yes, it was quiet even with this!) The hotel provides shuttle service from Terminal 3, so I took an airport bus from Terminal 2 to 3 in order to use this convenient service. I also enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast buffet which offers a nice assortment of options. "
