"This is located in a beautiful area, you can walk around and find different high end malls. Hotel is beautiful. Only complaint is that beds are a little small for two. We had a double room and each bed is a little larger than a twin bed, my husband and I were a little tight. My daughter slept very comfortably."

"Staying at Hyatt on the bund was a wonderful experience. The room has a nice view over the pearl tower and the river. In addition, hotel prepared a cake and special juice at the room for our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We were so happy and deeply appreciated this hotel's excellent service. THANK YOU SO MUCH, HYATT ON THE BUND! Restaurants are very refined and other facilities are also pleasant to use. I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel if someone is planning to visit Shanghai. She also followed up with me to ensure I knew exactly where to go. The pool, like all the other reviews rave about, is also amazing!!! "

"the location was perfectly in the central of everything. Got upgraded to a higher floor with a city view but the windows were quite dirty from the outside. We were told the roof bar was closed during our stay quiet disappointing, this was the reason I booked this hotel because of the night view from the roof top."
