"Given the age of the hotel, there is some wear and tear in the rooms. But, the staffs were very nice and accommodating. They even brought an air cooler to our room since there is no air condition during winter. The best part of the hotel are the staffs, they were very helpful and friendly. "From the very start we had a fantastic stay here. Super friendly and helpful staff that speak English. The rooms are a little bit small but are extra comfortable. "CONS: The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and their was mildew all over the shower. We found random small bugs in the room on 2 or 3 counts. The walls have cracks and damage. Staff were also not super friendly. No one ever smiles at this hotel. PROS: very comfortable bed. Room is very quiet and black out blinds work great. Central location close to shopping and the university. Hotel and surrounding area felt very safe even at night."
